I am a new patient of Dr. Caine's and I am already looking forward to the treatment plan that he will be creating for me. I am a 38 year old mom. I quilt professionally and am top heavy therefore, I am already having back pain in my upper back and shoulders that I hope to correct while under the care of Dr. Caine and Ms. Eileen, their message therapist. Dr. Caine was also really supportive when I had to bring my youngest daughter with me to the office. He didn't let her distract him - allowing him to be transparent on our goals and the educational aspects of my chiropractic journey throughout the entire session.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Caine for a few months now & after being in pain for a long time, I’m finally getting relief. Dr. Caine doesn’t just adjust you & send you on your way. He gets to the root of your problem(s) with questions & evaluations. He gives you exercises to start mitigating your pain so you get you to where you need to be so you don’t keep having the same problem.

I have a been a patient of Dr. Caine for approximately 5 years. He has helped me with knee pain from incorrect form while working out, shoulder/elbow pain from a bicycle accident, and recently hand and lower arm pain. He is as much my physical therapist as my chiropractor and I value him as a partner as I work to stay active and age gracefully. I appreciate that Dr. Caine helps me help myself by showing me proper form and different exercises to strengthen and address areas of weakness. The entire staff is top notch. I highly recommend OhioChiro!

I began seeing Dr. Caine after a back injury several years ago. Dr. Caine integrates excellent evaluation skills and clinical knowledge into a patient-centered, holistic approach that combines exercise and hands on manipulation. Dr. Caine is very good at explaining the treatment needs and the reasoning for it. The entire staff at OhioChiro -- including James and Tracy -- are welcoming, professional and genuinely caring. The massage therapy provided by Elaine is great too. I have continued to receive treatment by Dr. Caine and staff because they have helped me recover, maintain a healthy back, improve strength and flexibility, and enjoy a great quality of life!!

My first visit with Dr. Caine, years ago, I told him he was my last resort for my sore back. I'd never seen a chiropractor before, but several doctors & physical therapists had tried to help me work through it to no avail. After working with him for a few months with adjustments & exercises he gave me, my back pain was manageable & I continued to see him about other aches & pains. I'm thrilled about his newest space with the lab & personal trainer, James, who I work with regularly & I have gotten my strength back! The beauty of this concept is having Dr. Caine & James conferring over the direction of my care & physicality. There is also a massage therapist in his group, Eliene, who is great support as well. This is the kind of combined & informed care that eluded me for my entire adult life. I credit Ohiochiro for my renewed quality of life & plan to make them a part of my self care journey indefinitely.

I started with Dr Caine August 2024 after a sudden onset of neck and shoulder pain. I’d never been to a Chiropractor and was nervous. He reassured me every step of the way and in time he released the years of tension that had built up. I also have been working with James to rebuild the strength so hopefully I don't experience that level of pain again. Extra bonus is Eileen, their massage therapist- she’s great! Everyone at Ohio Chiro is wonderful and I absolutely recommend their whole team!

Dr. Caine has been awesome! He was able to treat a nagging, chronic plantar fasciitis such that I no longer have it and I was able to return to long-distance running. He also has helped me with calf tightness in the other leg and elbow tendonitis. I highly recommend him. His staff is pretty awesome, too!

Sean has been absolutely great! I started seeing him about 8 weeks ago with lower back pain and a pinched nerve is my left shoulder. Thanks to Sean my back pain has subsided and the pinched nerve is almost back to normal! I highly recommend Ohio Chiro-Upper Arlington if you are in need of a chiropractor

Dr. Caine has been wonderful and has resolved my pinched nerve issue. After unsuccessful treatment from a sports medicine physician and physical therapy, I turned to Dr. Caine in desperation for pain relief. He was recommended by a friend and within a week and a half, my pain was gone. I am an avid runner and has restored my physical activity. My only regret is not going to him sooner at the onset of my issues.

I went to Dr. Caine and team with severe, months-long neck and back pain from a bad strain. My mental state was poor from frustration with many attempts at diagnosis and healing paths and my mobility very limited. I’ve always been a fit and active person and was at a lifetime physical low. I discovered Ohio Chiro in April and today I feel better than I’ve felt in a year. Dr. Caine is a knowledgeable expert who’s enthusiastic about and encouraging in his work with patients. His entire team works together to care for patients in a friendly one-stop shop for chiropractic care, recovery strength training and massage therapy. They’re fabulous people. OhioChiro-Upper Arlington has been wonderful! When I first visited Dr. Caine six months ago, I was suffering from constant moderate lower back pain that hindered my daily activities and exercise routine. Unlike previous chiropractor experiences I’ve had, Dr. Caine created a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs and offered the necessary care and tools to alleviate my pain. Dr. Caine is more than a chiropractor. He's a "movement" doctor. I visited him as a referral from my doctor for odd muscle pain in my shoulder and chest. Dr. Caine was able to isolate the issue and get me to a point of no further pain in the area. He's also very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who has muscle or joint pain that is difficult to diagnose.

In 2015 I was t-boned by a car going 55+ mph. I have sought treatment for this condition from chiropractors, doctors, and even a plastic surgeon. Each one of them wanted to treat the spot where the pain was emanating from. No lie, in my first 20 minutes with Dr. Caine he recommended a treatment that had never been suggested. After two days of doing the recommended therapy my neck pain is gone. Dr. Caine is a great professional and *absolutely* knows how to treat what ails you. 5 stars well deserved!

Dr. Caine and Nic Bronkall are super hero’s. This dynamic duo of pain management and rehabilitation had me feeling better, stronger, and pain free in just a few weeks. The one-two punch treatment plan helped me recover quickly, and empowered me with knowledge and know how to be more involved with my recovery and pain management. They truly care about my overall well being and it shows in their holistic approach to treatment. Every good super hero needs a side kick and Tracy is sensational. At age 44, after teaching yoga for 15 years, I developed chronic, debilitating pain in my lower back and hip. For two years, I tried everything to fix it, including injections, physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga, massage….Nothing helped. Doctors told me it was “just” arthritis and would probably never go away. I had given up my yoga practice and thought that I would never teach again when I was referred to Dr. Caine. I was skeptical, but desperate. Dr. Caine gave me my life back. His expertise and ability to see how my movement patterns were contributing to my pain was the key that helped me solve the pain riddle. I am no longer in pain. I am teaching yoga again. I am now working on a strength program with Nic Bronkall and learning to trust my body again. I am so grateful for OhioChiro for all they have done to help me live pain-free and feel stronger than I have in a very long time.

Dr Caine is such an amazing chiropractor. Every time I visit he is able to help me feel better and improve! He has helped my back, feet, hips and knees, not only with adjusting the bones, but instructing me how to help myself by doing corrective exercises and stretches. I am thankful I found him. Tracy is also wonderful to deal with when scheduling, arranging payment and even just to chat.

I have come to trust Dr. Caine as much as, if not more than, my primary care doctor. I am confident he has the knowledge and experience to help me through any injury or pain that I am experiencing. The best aspect or feature of his therapy is that he teaches the patient self-support measures so they are less likely to have an acute incident, and they can have less reliance on him when there is one. I am happy to have found Dr. Caine!
