With over 20 years of non-surgical spine care and physical rehabilitation experience, Dr. Caine brings impressive academic credentials, including a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine (Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Education in Therapeutic Recreation, Dr. Caine is well-trained to provide you with the highest level of personalized care.


Dr. Caine’s commitment to continuous learning and cross-discipline education has led him to earn a physiotherapy Certificate in Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation and a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise Trainer Certificate from Charles University-Prague, Czech Republic. He is also credential eligible with the McKenzie Institutes’ Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of Spinal Disorders, a New Zealand developed physical therapy system for spine and joint care. 


Dr. Caine specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue disorders as a full body Active Release Technique (ART) provider for syndromes of the spine, upper/lower extremity, and peripheral nervous system. His dedication to expanding his knowledge and skills is evident as he is currently working towards advanced standing in physical rehabilitation. In fact, he is in the final stages of study to earn a Diplomate in Chiropractic Rehabilitation.


Furthermore, Dr. Caine’s career has been highlighted with collaborative opportunities within the medical community. He will work with your General Practitioner, Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon to help you choose a path that best fits your goals. While he will offer insight through the use of advanced imaging studies like MRI and Xray when necessary, the foundation of Dr. Caine’s evaluation is movement. Specifically, a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) which informs both manual and exercise treatment recommendations.
